Cancellation/Refund Options:
If the participant cancels a registration, the following options are available: 1) Transfer registration to another person; 2) Transfer to another program date; 3) Request a credit coupon for the amount paid to be used at a future program; 4) If received in writing by 7 business days before the program date, a refund of your paid tuition less a $30.00 administrative fee is available. No refunds will be granted after that date. Purchase orders are considered the same as a check or credit card and the same policy will apply. In the unlikely event HEALTH ED has to cancel a program for any reason you will be notified immediately and given the following options: 1) Transfer your registration to the re-scheduled program; 2) Receive a coupon for the amount paid to be used at another program; 3) Receive a full refund of your registration fee. However, HEALTH ED does not assume responsibility for any other expenses incurred by the registrant.
