Question:
We have a group to register, how do we proceed to do this to receive
the Group Discount tuition?
Answer: Group registrations are welcome,
please click the Register Now button, select the "Print to
order by fax or postal mail" option under "Ways to Order".
Please fill out the form and submit with payment.
Question: How do I get added to your mailing list?
Answer: You can email the information
to our customer service department by clicking on the email button
on the bottom of each page on our website, fax the information or
call us.
Question: Is
there a deadline for receiving the pre-registered rate for your
programs?
Answer: You may register up until 12:00
(noon) CT (Central Time) the day before the program for this rate.
Question: What
are my options for submitting payment for a seminar?
Answer: a) Register online b) Send in
a check with the registration form c) Fax or mail
in the registration form with your credit card information d)
Register over the phone with a credit card.
Question:
If I need a brochure or registration form how do I request one?
Answer: You can view the registration
form on our website or email, fax or call us for a brochure.
Question:
Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Answer: When registering online you
will receive an email confirming your registration. You
are welcomed to call us on our toll free number to verify your registration,
but at this time we do not mail confirmations.
Question:
Do you have books or additional products to purchase?
Answer: Yes, we have several books available to purchase. In addition to books,
we have material on DVD's and CD's. You will find a complete listing of all our products on our Product Order Form. Complete the form and mail or fax it to Pam Briggs. Questions may be directed to Pam via email at pbriggs@health-ed.com. or phone 866.367.5697 ext 2024.
Question:
Can I register online?
Answer: Yes, starting with the 2005
programs online registration is available or you can fill out the
form, print the form and mail or fax the form to us also. Please
view Ways to Register.
Question:
What is the best way to get directions to a seminar?
Answer: To better serve you, on each seminar page we have put a link to the hotel's website. This way you are sure to find the most up-to-date directions from the hotel directly. If you should have any problems while trying to obtain directions for any of the locations, please feel free to contact the hotel or our customer service at custserv@health-ed.com.
Question: Is
a refund possible if I need to cancel?
Answer: Cancellation/Refund Options:
If
the participant cancels a registration, the following options are
available:
1) Transfer registration to another person; 2) Transfer to another
program date; 3) Request a credit coupon for the amount paid to
be used at a future program; 4) If received in writing by 7 business
days before the program date, a refund of your paid tuition less
a $30.00 administrative fee is available. No refunds will be granted
after that date. Purchase orders are considered the same as a check
or credit card and the same policy will apply.
Question:
What is the cancellation policy in the event that HEALTH ED has
to cancel?
Answer: In
the unlikely event HEALTH ED has to cancel a program for any reason
you will be notified immediately and given the following options:
1) Transfer your registration to the re-scheduled program; 2) Receive
a coupon for the amount paid to be used at another program; 3) Receive
a full refund of your registration fee. However, HEALTH ED does
not assume responsibility for any other expenses incurred by the
registrant.
Question: Do you offer International Study Tour
Programs?
Answer: Yes, we have sponsored Study
Tour Programs in Scotland and Australia. You may contact us for
information or request to be added to our mailing list.
Question:
How often is your website updated?
Answer: Our website is updated at least
once a week. If you have any questions please contact Customer Service
