Friday: $250
Saturday: $100
Single day registration is available by fax, mail, or phone. Attending day and date must be specified with registration.
Single day rates are not available after noon CT November 10, 2010.

Do I need to sign up for specific breakout sessions when I register?
No. You will be able to choose your breakout sessions the day of the conference.
How do I make arrangements for special needs accommodations?
If you anticipate needing special accommodations or have questions about the physical access provided, please contact our Customer Service department at 800-839-4584 a minimum of
6 weeks prior to the Symposium. HEALTH ED encourages persons with special needs to participate in its programs and activities.
