All registrations must be pre-paid by the following payment methods.

PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE: To ensure your place in any program, please register as early as possible. *Pre-registration and group discount rates apply until 12:00 noon CST the day before the program space permitting. *PLEASE NOTE: Group discount rates apply for pre-registration and pre-payment only and must be submitted at the same time. Attach all registrations with total payment.


Cancellation Options: To make registration changes, please email sfinazzo@health-ed.com prior to the program for transfers or credit coupons which can be applied toward a future program. A refund, minus a $30 administrative fee, is available for cancellations received no later than seven (7) business days prior to the start of the program. No refunds will be granted after that date.

In the unlikely event HEALTH ED has to postpone a program for an unforeseen emergency reason (e.g., natural disaster, instructor emergency), you will be notified immediately and the program will be rescheduled. Participants will be transferred to the rescheduled course or another HEALTH ED program of their choosing. No refunds will be given. HEALTH ED does not assume responsibility for any other expenses incurred by the registrant.

In the unlikely event HEALTH ED has to cancel a program for a non-emergency event, participants will be notified and given the choice of transferring their registration to another HEALTH ED course of their choosing; receiving a coupon for the tuition amount; or a tuition refund. HEALTH ED does not assume responsibility for any other expenses incurred by the registrant.
